About the role
You become a key member of the customer success team. This growing team is accountable for new or extended projects after the first implementations. You give advice and translate new or extended business needs into a specific automated solution.
- You plan, coordinate and document your activities according to budget and timing;
- You strenghen partnerships with your customer;
- You provide training and masterclasses.
About you
- You have a thorough knowledge of business and/or financial processes;
- You have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- You have experience with ERP projects at medium sized an big SMEs;
- You are Dutch speaking and you can express yourself fluently in English.
