About the role

- You are responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Business Development: You identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and market research.
- Relationship Management: You build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: You prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting staffing services and value proposition.
- Negotiation: You negotiate contract terms, pricing and service agreements with clients to close deals.
- Market Analysis: You stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: You work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates and meet client expectations.
- Reporting: You maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
About you
- +5 years of sales experience in the IT staffing industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
