About the role

  • You are part of an energetic team focused on growth and success in the rapidly changing IT market.
  • You are responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Business Development: You identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and market research.
  • Relationship Management: You build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: You prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting staffing services and value proposition.
  • Negotiation: You negotiate contract terms, pricing and service agreements with clients to close deals.
  • Market Analysis: You stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: You work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates and meet client expectations.
  • Reporting: You maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

About you

  • +5 years of sales experience in the IT staffing industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
