About the role
- Focus on project based services (scoping – budgeting – planning)
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Stay informed about industry trends and market demands
- Provide sales reporting and performance analysis to senior management
- Report directly to the COO
- Opportunity to advance to a sales management position
About you
- +5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in project management, engineering, construction or professional services.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategic sales plans
- Willingness to travel around Belgium for client meetings and industry events
- Knowledge of CapEx investment cycles and project management services is a plus
- Experience with enterprise-level clients in industries such as FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, or Energy is an advantage
