As Sales Operations Manager Partnerships, you are part of the Sales Management Team. You report directly to the Sales Director Partnerships and CEO and work closely with the Marketing Manager. Your goal? To optimize their sales operations to support the international growth.
About the role
- Analyzing sales performance: You map out sales performance across all their markets and provide substantiated advice for optimizations.
- Optimizing sales flows: You design and refine the sales strategies, especially when launching new products.
- Analyzing ‘closed losts’: You examine why deals do not go through and document objections to improve future opportunities.
- Developing sales content: You contribute to the creation of persuasive content and collaterals that support the sales.
- Competitive and product analysis: You map out strengths and weaknesses of their products and competitors to support strategic decisions.
- Coaching the team: You lead your own team and actively guide them “in the field” to optimize their performance.
- Securing strategic deals: You play a key role in convincing large customers and closing our most important deals.
- Backup for the Sales Director: You are an important link in the daily operation of the team and cover for the Sales Director Partnerships during absences.
About you
Must-haves
- +3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot) is a plus.
- You are a strategic thinker with a practical mindset.
- You speak and write fluent English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
