Their portfolio of customers consist of large and medium-sized organizations spread across different sectors (media, retail, logistics, healthcare, finance,...).

About the role

  • You can build your own business and portfolio of customers within a People driven culture with a flat structure;
  • You focus on business development and long-term relationships with your clients across Flanders and Brussels;
  • As the main point of contact, you know how to assess the needs of your prospects and customers;
  • You are result-oriented and together with your colleagues from recruitment you look for the perfect match for your open opportunities;
  • You build long-term relationships with companies and with high qualified consultants as well. Together with the HR Business Partner, Admin spoc and technical Coach you play an important role in making them feel connected. You are ready to listen, give advice and support them in their professional development.

About you

  • You get energy from making new contacts and achieving commercial success;
  • You like being part of a team that gives a lot of freedom and ownership;
  • You take initiative and think in terms of solutions rather than problems; 
  • You have a bachelor or master degree and (first) successful commercial experience;
  • You have affinity with talent sourcing and IT - but that is a plus, not a requirement.
