About the role
Business Development
- Identify and prospect new clients (enterprises, SMEs, startups, etc.) in the data center and IT sectors.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage inquiries.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and uncover potential collaboration opportunities.
Opportunity Management
- Actively participate in product and service presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to propose solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs.
- Draft and manage commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms and ensure deal closure.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct competitive intelligence and keep track of trends in the data center and housing solutions sectors.
- Contribute to commercial strategies by providing insights on market dynamics and customer expectations.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to anticipate future needs.
- Provide regular activity and KPI reporting to management, closely led by the Business Development Director
About you
- 3-5 years experience as a Sales in ICT, ideally within the data center or tech infrastructure sectors.
- Understanding of data center services (Housing, hosting, colocation, cloud, etc.).
- Proactive, competitive and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Teamleader, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
