About the role 

As an Account Manager, you are the vital link between the customers and the technical teams. You play a crucial role in developing secure and sustainable digital infrastructures, focusing on cybersecurity, network platforms, and hybrid cloud solutions. Working alongside their architects and CTO advisors, you create innovative solutions that enhance their customers' work and service experiences.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers;
  • Advise and sell customer-focused IT solutions, emphasizing project and managed services;
  • Position their SOC (Security Operations Center) and their Service Platform as essential tools for customers;
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships;
  • Collaborate with the Advisory and Architecture team to provide customized solutions;
  • Actively expand and utilize your network within the IT sector;
  • Represent the company at fairs, exhibitions, and other events;
  • Research the competitive position (market, prices, new trends, etc.);
  • Organize the commercial strategy in a geographical area: National and Regional;
  • Follow up on key accounts of the organization and analyze customer/prospect potential.

About you

  • Customer and service-oriented, with a commercial mindset and a passion for digital innovation;
  • Experience in the ICT sector, preferably in sales or account management;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Interest in technical topics and willingness to deepen your knowledge within the Cisco environment;
  • Personal skills: Creativity, Persuasion, Empathy, Commercial insight, Communication, Responsibility, Result-oriented, Collaboration, Assertiveness, Stress resistance, Independence, Customer orientation, Critical thinking, Reliability
  • Languages: D/E/F (a plus);
  • A relevant network within the ICT sector.
