Their mission is to develop innovative IT solutions to meet the most complex challenges of customers, of all sizes and in all sectors (pharma, health, mobility, energy, industry, automotive, etc.). It was founded in 2012 by PhD’s in Physics sharing the same passion for complex problem solving, new technologies and consulting. 

About the role

A dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of the AI Transformation services, including AI Training, AI Product Deployment (e.g. Copilot) and AI Strategy Consulting. In this role, you will develop sales strategies, build client relationships and drive revenue by promoting AI-driven solutions to businesses across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Transformation Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a sales business development plan aligned with the growth objectives.
  • Identify new AI transformation opportunities and drive the adoption of services such as AI Training, AI Strategy Consulting and AI Product Deployment.
  • Position AI services to help businesses achieve operational efficiency, innovation and competitive advantage.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture new and existing relationships with both prospects and existing customers.
  • Expected level of relations are key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business managers.
  • Develop a strong pipeline through cold calling, campaigns, networking, events and collaboration with internal (business) partners.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales growth by securing AI consultancy projects.
  • Promote and expand AI training programs, including workshops, certification courses and corporate upskilling initiatives (e.g. AI Literacy obligation form the AI Act).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals and contract negotiations to close deals successfully.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with AI experts, trainers and technical teams to develop customized AI solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to shape the development of new AI services and training programs.

5. Sales Pipeline & Performance Reporting

  • Track and report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth and gross margin targets.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the business development pipeline and forecasted deals.

About you

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies, a consultative approach to sales and the ability to translate business needs into tailored AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

1. Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in technology consulting, AI solutions or ICT services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

2. Knowledge

  • Good understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, AI multi-agent systems and AI-driven transformation strategies.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud solutions and AI-based consulting services.

3. Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to engage with executive-level clients.
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for clients.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to sales leadership.
  • Languages: NL+FR+EN

4. Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, AI or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Data & AI solutions or digital transformation projects.
  • Existing network in industries where AI is a game changer (e.g. finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing).
