As an Account Manager, you are the essential link between this team and their clients in Belgium. You manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and leveraging new opportunities.
- You achieve Annual and Quarterly Recurring Revenue (ARR) Targets: Approach these goals with consistency and predictability
- You provide Strategic Advice to Existing Clients: Focus on solution selling, maximizing upsell opportunities and promoting new products.
- You ensure Accurate Reporting and Pipeline Forecasting: Deliver precise updates to maintain clarity and success.
- You develop Detailed Account Management Reports: Share these with stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- You organize Recurring Meetings: Maintain excellent follow-up on projects, accounts, and premium clients.
- You gather and Share Market Insights: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to continually refine our approach.
About you
- Experience: Previous experience in account management, customer success or direct sales of complex B2B solutions. SaaS experience is a plus.
- Skills: Verbal and written communication skills - Dutch/French/English.
- Mindset: Solution-oriented, proactive and adept at building trust quickly.
- Collaborative Approach: A team player who works well across departments (sales, legal, customer success, etc.).
- Adaptability: Resilient under pressure, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
