About the role

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients (enterprises, SMEs, startups, etc.) in the data center and IT sectors to anticipate future needs.
  • Understand the needs of clients and strenghten collaboration opportunities.
  • Provide regular activity and KPI reporting to management.

Opportunity Management

  • Actively participate in product and service presentations and demonstrations for clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to propose solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs.
  • Draft and manage commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms and ensure deal closure.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct competitive intelligence and keep track of trends in the data center and housing solutions sectors.
  • Contribute to commercial strategies by providing insights on market dynamics and customer expectations.

About you

  • 5 years experience as a sales in ICT, ideally within the data center or tech infrastructure sectors.
  • Understanding of data center services (Housing, hosting, colocation, cloud, etc.).
  • Proactive, competitive and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Teamleader, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: D, E, F
