About the role

As Head of Benelux Partnerships, you lead the partner program and ensure the success of their collaborations in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategic vision: Define and implement a future-proof partnership strategy that contributes to their growth.
  • Lead a top team: Build and coach a large team of Partnership Managers in multiple countries.
  • Manage partner relationships: Support major partners with your team.
  • Optimize processes: Streamline and improve our sales and reporting processes.
  • Performance-oriented leadership: Set monthly goals for your team, closely monitor KPIs, and report results to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development to achieve common goals.
  • Data-driven reporting: Analyze results and report performance directly to the CEO.
  • Manage and develop collaterals: Write and update demo and scoping scripts, fully aligned with their strategies, products, and brand identity.

About you

  • +5 years of experience in sales management within a B2B environment, preferably with international teams and ready for the next step in your career.
  • Track record of success in exceeding sales targets and leading large teams (25+ employees).
  • Experience in solution selling, preferably in IT or SaaS.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Dutch, French and English.
  • Proactive and dynamic personality with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong affinity with new technologies and a passion for innovation.
