About the role
As Head of Benelux Direct - new business, you are the driving force behind their sales success in the region.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching: Inspire and motivate a team of Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed their targets.
- Developing sales strategy: Create an effective and forward-looking sales strategy for the Benelux.
- Team building: Build a strong team by recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
- Performance management: Set monthly goals for each team member and manage their daily performance based on KPIs and data.
- Optimizing processes: Ensure efficient organization and streamlining of sales processes.
- Promoting collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations and other departments to maximize results.
- Data-driven reporting: Analyze results and report performance directly to the CEO.
- Managing and developing collaterals: Write and update demo and scoping scripts, fully aligned with our strategies, products and brand identity.
About you
- +5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- A proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and preferably French.
- A data-driven mindset and experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience with solution selling; affinity with IT or cybersecurity is a strong plus.
- An entrepreneurial and proactive attitude, with a focus on growth and results.
- A strong leader who inspires teams and guides them to success.
