About the role
- You perform a key role in customer cloud transformation and migration projects;
- you are involved in consulting and architecture design services;
- In a customer facing role, you will act through the different phases of the project, from strategy up to delivery and support of Azure Cloud environments;
- You act as a trusted advisor to the customer, demonstrating the value potential of the Microsoft Cloud platform during workshops and assessments, and presenting architecture blueprints that support expected business outcomes.
What will your day look like?
- Capture and translate business requirements into technical Azure infrastructure designs;
- Conduct strategic workshops;
- Perform solution assessments / feasibility studies;
- Drive proof of concepts and pilots to demonstrate technical feasibility and added value;
- Assist in presales activities and proposals (RFI, RFP, etc.);
- Lead Azure cloud implementations and continuous improvement activities;
- Act as an active contributor on customer change advisory and architecture boards.
About the Profile
- Passion for Microsoft Azure & Able to adapt to challenging technical IT environments;
- Customer oriented with strong communication skills;
- Team player, but also able to work in an independent way.
Qualifications
- +4Y of experience in designing, implementing and supporting Azure cloud infrastructures;
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred (or willing to obtain);
- Solid understanding of the Azure IaaS/PaaS platform and related services;
- Experience with Cloud Adoption Framework and Well Architected Framework;
- Experience with designing and implementing Azure Landing Zones;
- Strong understanding of cloud governance principles;
- Experienced in working in an Agile/DevOps methodology with related tooling;
- Experience (or willing to obtain experience) with containerization and orchestration services like K8S,AKS, ACR, Docker, etc.
